In the U.S., she is acclaimed for engaging training programs, celebrity partnerships, and award-winning work as a luxury brand ambassador, mixologist, and educator.

He is also the spirits expert for the Revue du Vin de France periodical, the co-founder and chief editor of International magazine Rumporter and the author of numerous books about whisky, rum and mescal. His works have been translated in 7 languages and sold over 100,000 copies. Each year, he visits dozens of distilleries and tastes thousands of spirits across the world.
Luca Picchi is now chief barman at Caffè Gilli in Florence, and is said to “know more about the Negroni’s history than anyone else” according to Alice Lascelles in her 2015 List of Ten Cocktails for The Financial Times. In 2015, Luca Picchi published a second book dedicated to the Negroni titled: “Negroni Cocktail. An Italian Legend” which propelled his career and further cemented his role as a Negroni expert.
Sebouh Tato, a renowned figure in the Middle East's bar industry, holds a beverage management scholarship from the University of Lausanne. With a 17-year career at Addmind, he created signature cocktails, trained 500+ bartenders, and played a key role in developing beverage programs for Iris and Bar Du Port brands across the Gulf region. As the Global Beverage Manager, Tato continues to lead and innovate in the industry.
